Tommy Kinlaw

As the longest-serving committee member, Tommy Kinlaw brings a legacy of experience and dedication the committee. He is widely known for his strong work ethic, passion for reaching the lost, and deep love for the Sandhills community, faithfully serving children and families for many years. Tommy is the owner of a long-standing, family-owned business in Fayetteville that he describes as "a place where we minister to help people.” Tommy is a devoted member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church and has been married to his wife, Martha, for over 50 years. Together, they have faithfully invested in their community and continue to model a life of service, generosity, and steadfast faith.
Joe Roller

Joe retired after over 25 years of service in the US Army, settled with his family in the Fayetteville area, and still works within the defense industry. His wife and five children have been involved with CEF since 2017 participating in local training, Good News Clubs, Good News Spectacular, and 5-Day Clubs. Joe enjoys the flexible hours of post-military life which allows him the opportunity to serve at Central Baptist Church in Dunn and pursue multiple volunteer opportunities. He is honored to join the other committee members
and contribute to CEF Sandhills spreading the Gospel to the children of the surrounding counties.
Telfair Simpson

Telfair Simpson is deeply committed to serving children. Telfair served for 12 years on the Sampson County Board of Education and Rosemary, his wife of 36 years, is a retired educator. Together they have two sons, Wilson and Coleman. With a 40-year career as a real estate appraiser, he has also spent decades investing in his community and the next generation. He has volunteered as a football coach for 24 years and is a dedicated member of Roseboro First Baptist Church. His heart for children also extends internationally, having participated in five mission trips to Honduras and Guatemala. In 2020, he and Rosemary helped establish a Good News Club at Roseboro Elementary, and they love sharing the gospel with students there each week during the school year. He is excited to serve on the Sandhills committee for Child Evangelism Fellowship.
Tim Parnell

Tim Parnell has faithfully served on the CEF committee for more than three years. With over 20 years of experience in accounting and business, Tim is a valuable asset to the local CEF leadership team, especially in strengthening financial stewardship. Tim is a CPA and Partner at Norman, Bass, & Parnell, CPAs, PLLC in Fayetteville, North Carolina, where he serves both corporate and not-for-profit organizations. His professional expertise and heart for service make him uniquely equipped to support the mission and growth of CEF. A lifelong resident of eastern North Carolina, Tim attends Central Baptist Church and has been married to his wife, Bea, for 32 years.
Kristen Lewis

Kristen and her husband James have called Fayetteville, NC home for many years. Kristen is thankful to have learned about Child Evangelism Fellowship in 2017 when their oldest son joined Christian Youth in Action. Since then, Kristen has served alongside their six children in Good News Clubs, 5-Day Clubs, and Good News Spectacular events. Kristen loves being outside, serving with her church, Manna, and helping children hear and understand the Gospel throughout the region.
Jennifer Daniels

Jennifer Daniels works on her family farm. She is active on many agriculture boards and loves advocating for the agriculture industry. She loves serving at her local church, Union Grove Baptist Church of Salemburg in many capacities. She is a former educator and loves working with the Good News Club at Clement Elementary. She has three married adult children and four granddaughters. She loves the Lord and strives to shine His light daily.
